The dedication of one of my best friend’s grandsons took place last Sunday. I am one of the witnesses of this blessed event. This 3 year old boy was dedicated to the Lord in our chuch by our local Pastor.
I had no idea what to give this three-year old child who seems so active and curious. I know that he has lots of toy cars and airplanes, but my friend told me that he has recently started playing with dinosaur toys, too.
I asked my daughter to search on the Internet for a suitable gift. I told her to find a dinosaur toy that I can give to my friend’s grandson.
My daughter found the My Triceratops Dinosaur Playskool KOTA, which is a large-sized dinosaur pet. This dinosaur toy measures over 40 inches long. This dinosaur makes sounds, moves and acts like a real live pet dinosaur baby. When you touch or speak to this dinosaur, it makes roaring or laughing sounds.
KOTA can move its tail, head, eyes, mouth and horn. Small children can even sit on its firm back. KOTA has a special spring-loaded seat so kids can enjoy a safe, fun bouncing ride on board. Children of all ages can feed KOTA his special leafy food. When you hand him the leaf, KOTA starts to munch it.
My daughter and I were both amazed at what we saw KOTA could do. We were both certain this was a dinosaur gift my friend’s grandson would truly love.
I ordered this KOTA Dinosaur and when it arrived, we gift-wrapped it. It was challenging wrapping this huge toy as it stands over 3 feet tall!
When the dedication service was finished we brought our gift to the child and he unwrapped it immediately. In a matter of seconds, the wrapping was torn away and he exclaimed, “It’s a BIG dinosaur!” He embraced KOTA, the baby life-like dinosaur without an ounce of fear or hesitation. He started to laugh when he touched KOTA, and KOTA began to roar and laugh. All of us adults were laughing, too.
In no time, the boy got to know KOTA and discovered how KOTA’s tail, head, eyes, mouth and horn move. He touched KOTA’s head, and the dinosaur started to sniff his hand. When he tickled KOTA’s belly and chin, it started to laugh. He laughed out loud and all the kids present gathered together beside him to see what was happening.
My friend’s grandson also fed the dinosaur with his special leaves and was amazed when he started to eat. Then he climbed on board KOTA’s back and was delighted when KOTA started singing dino songs.
This boy loved the My Triceratops Dinosaur Playskool KOTA the moment he saw him, and it is now his best friend. KOTA is a wonderful gift for any child who loves big entertainment and loads of laughs.
